1. Data we collect
- Newsletter sign-up: email address, chosen language, sign-up and confirmation time.
- Contact form: name, email and your message.
- The site uses no advertising cookies or behavioural tracking. Cloudflare Turnstile (anti-spam) may process limited technical data, such as IP address, to verify you are not a bot.
2. Purposes
- Sign-up email: solely to send the reviewed weekly report and service notices.
- Contact details: solely to reply to your enquiry.
We do not sell, rent or share personal data with third parties for marketing.
3. Legal basis
Your consent, given by ticking the consent box and, for the newsletter, clicking the confirmation link sent to your email.
4. Processors and cross-border transfer
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France): stores the email list and sends the newsletter.
- Cloudflare, Inc. (USA): hosts the website, forwards contact-form messages to our mailbox, anti-spam.
Data may therefore be stored and processed outside Vietnam.
5. Retention
Sign-up email: until you unsubscribe. Contact messages: up to 24 months after the last exchange, or sooner upon request.
6. Your rights
You may be informed, give or withdraw consent, access, correct, request deletion of your data and exercise other rights under applicable law. Unsubscribe via the link in every email; other requests via the Contact page.
7. Changes
Changes will be published on this page together with the update date.
